Refund policy

Final Sale Policy: All purchases of preset/sample packs are considered final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated. We take pride in the quality of our packs and are confident that they will meet your expectations.

Refund Eligibility: While our standard policy deems all purchases final, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. In certain special cases, customers may be entitled to a refund. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Request Process: To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a request within 14 days of the purchase date. The request should include a valid reason, clearly explaining why the sample pack did not meet expectations or is incompatible with the customer's needs.
