Refund Policy (3-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
At TIANVIBES, every individual pack is covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee. If a pack isn't what you expected, contact us within 3 days of your purchase and we'll refund you.
How to request a refund
Email contact@tianvibes.eu within 3 days of your purchase and include your order number and a short reason for the request. We'll process your refund as soon as we can.
Bundles
Bundles contain several packs at a discounted price, so they are not eligible for a full refund. We can issue a partial refund equal to the value of one pack.
Refund limit
Each customer can receive one refund every 6 months.
Important terms
- Once a refund is issued, your license ends and you may no longer use any files from that order.
- If we detect misuse, such as buying and downloading files and then requesting a refund to keep using them, we may refuse the refund.
- For customers in the EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once it has been downloaded. The 3-day guarantee still applies.
- Please explain why you are requesting a refund, as this helps us improve our products.
- Accidental purchases are not refundable, so please check your cart before checkout.
